Pricing
Every tier has the full register, serial and lot tracking, purchasing and receiving, labels, customers and store credit, and migration from your current system. Getting Started is the counter on its own. Established connects your BigCommerce store — everything the counter and the website do together — with as many registers as you have and more locations at a flat add-on. Enterprise is the same product on a dedicated environment.
Pricing is not loading right now. Get in touch and we will send it over.
Support
No tiers, no add-ons, no ticket queue in another time zone.
Hardware
iPad, Mac, Windows or a Chrome mini PC. Touch-first layout on all of them.
Any USB or Bluetooth 2D scanner that types, from a $40 handheld to a Zebra or Honeywell.
Network receipt printers that print from the browser, and the cash drawer that kicks off them.
Thermal rolls, jewelry tags or Avery sheets — anything that prints from a browser.
Really. The importer reads your BigCommerce catalog directly, and CSV or Excel from Square, Shopify POS, Lightspeed, Clover, Vend, QuickBooks POS or a plain spreadsheet for anything else — counts, costs, customers. It shows you exactly what it will create before it creates it. If a file is a mess we clean it up with you at no charge.
No. Flat monthly pricing per tier. Card processing is through your own processor and we never take a cut of it.
No. We don’t sell hardware. Black Beach POS runs in a browser and works with standard scanners, printers and drawers; we publish a list of what we’ve tested so you can buy from wherever is cheapest.
Your store is its own encrypted tenant and you can export everything — catalog, stock, sales, customers — any night you like. Enterprise runs on a dedicated server and database for your company.
Connected stores get the whole counter-to-storefront layer — stock per store on the website, pickup in store, coupons and pricing in both places, online orders at the register, the My Account panel. It replaces a connector and two or three storefront apps, and it is built for stores doing real business online. Getting Started is the door for stores that aren’t there yet.
Any time. Downgrading keeps what you’ve built; you just can’t add past the new limits, and a store that drops to Getting Started keeps its data but stops syncing with the website.
No. They are part of the product on every tier. Switch them on per product and leave everything else a plain SKU.
No — you want Iron Register, our point of sale for gun stores, which adds the bound book, 4473s and transfers a licensee needs on top of the same register. See ironregister.com.
